The Turnover Shop prides itself in having built a reputation that supports its name. Quick "turnover" of consignments does not happen by accident; rather, it depends on the expertise of the entire team.
Who are our consignors?
- Lawyers, real estate agents and other professionals who assist in the liquidation of estates
- Family members in charge of settling loved one's estates

- Individuals who are downsizing into smaller, more manageable homes.
- Spring cleaners who are trying to make room in their homes for new treasures.
Our Full Service Approach
In the initial conversation with the consignor, it is first determined
whether or not an object belongs at The Turnover Shop. If it does, an
accurate assessment of value is made, and a simple contract is prepared.
For larger or multiple pieces, pick-up and delivery services are available. Professional packing and even a broom-sweep service can be provided for a fee. A computerized print-out of inventory is made for each consignor, with checks sent out on a monthly basis.
Items Accepted for Consignment
All pieces should be neat and in saleable condition. Furniture is accepted by the piece or by the set, including:

- Chandeliers, lamps and other lighting fixtures
